It is necessary to parameterize the terms being bandied about or shouted-around, to bring an aura of feel-good! You will need to make them measurable with plans & demonstrable with deliverables.
It should also lead to a roadmap on what will be done in successive periods of assessment through deliverance and how it will be benchmarked with prevailing status of execution results.
So - CX is not just a rhetoric! The devil lies in details of how they are being deployed.
